FAA Aviation Medical Exam (AME)

Standard 1st, 2nd, or 3rd class medical examination conducted by an FAA-designated Aviation Medical Examiner.

  • Complete physical examination per FAA standards
  • Vision and hearing testing
  • ECG (when required)
  • MedXPress review and submission
  • Same-day certificate issuance (when applicable)

  • Duration: 45–60 minutes
  • Bring government-issued photo ID
  • Bring your MedXPress confirmation number
