This is where your path back to the cockpit begins. A comprehensive candidacy assessment for FAA Special Issuance authorization, managed by one of approximately ten FAA-appointed cardiovascular consultants — and the only one who also consults for the U.S. military, NATO, and NASA.

Executive Cardiovascular Evaluation & Human Performance
Executive Cardiovascular Evaluation
The most thorough cardiovascular evaluation available outside a major academic medical center — comparable to what you would receive at Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, or Harvard — conducted by the only physician in the country who simultaneously serves as an FAA cardiovascular consultant, NASA consultant, and NATO aerospace medicine expert.
- ECG — 12-lead electrocardiogram
- Echocardiogram — full cardiac ultrasound
- Body composition analysis
- Lipid panel & Hemoglobin A1c
- Formal cardiopulmonary exercise testing — treadmill or cycle ergometer with gas exchange analysis (VO₂max, anaerobic threshold, ventilatory efficiency)
