While MACH I is based in Dayton, Ohio — the birthplace of aviation and home of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base — our patients come from across the United States. Pilots from Texas, California, Florida, New York, and every other state trust Dr. Davenport with the FAA medical certificates their careers depend on.
Much of the Special Issuance process can be handled remotely through records review, phone consultations, and coordination with your local cardiologist. When an in-person visit is needed, Dayton is easily accessible.

- Wright Brothers Airport (MGY) — General aviation, 15 minutes from our office
- Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) — Less than 50 miles south
